- Madison Y Added 2018-06-15★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We got our windshield replaced. Job was done properly. They also cleaned the inside of the car. I would rate them five...however, they refused to provide a statement with total amount of the job done after we paid $200 deduction under ICBC coverage. It is common to provide customer a statement/formal receipt with description, price, and taxes listed clear! The statement is also very important for accounting purposes! Why your company refuses to provide a statement of what paid for and what signed for?!
