We have kitchen floor installation done by Nufloor was excellent.
But when we replace new basement floor also done by Nufloor it turn to terrible experience by only finished 3 weeks the floor bounce up. And we believe two different sub-contractors. We think it will be got flat eventually, but result turn out more worst.
We try to ask Nufloor to deal with it and got the answer is your basement too moisture. The thing is our old basement floor was perfectly in 17 years never have any problem until Nuflloor re-do it.
Very disappointed for can't get their good customer service to fix the problem they made.
